Putting Customers First, Local Business Leader speaks at National Customer Service Conference

Ms. Andreal Huffman, Founder and CEO, of Relations 2 Business, LLC was chosen to present a workshop at the 2017 National Customer Service Conference which was held at the Hilton Atlanta Hotel on April 9-12, 2017 in Atlanta, Georgia. The Keynote Speakers and Presenters chosen for this event were considered some of the top Customer Service Professionals in the country. The theme for the conference was “Transitioning to Excellence, Proven Customer Service Strategies for Organizational Success”. Ms. Huffman workshop was entitled Building and Maintaining Customer Relationships. “It was an honor for me to be part of such a great event. This conference was a wonderful opportunity for me to share new innovative and creative ways on how companies can provide excellence customer service while maintaining a strong customer relationship”, said Ms. Huffman.
